Refund policy

If you wish to return your purchase or it arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

Returned items should be brought into the shop or sent via recorded delivery and in perfect saleable condition within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for postage costs and condition.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know why, as we work hard to only supply lovely things, and any feedback is much appreciated.

Damaged items will be compensated with a replacement or a refund/credit note if replacement is not possible. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your email so we can claim from the shipping provider.
