Shipping policy

We endeavour to dispatch items within 3 working days. Get in touch if you need something urgently!

Small items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post.

Large/heavy/valuable items are sent via Royal Mail/Parcelforce or another courier as appropriate.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight up to a maximum of £4.99 (UK). 

Free UK delivery on orders over £40.

Worldwide shipping is available and varies by weight and destination - this is calculated at checkout.

Collection orders can be picked up during opening hours once you have received a 'pick up ready' email.
